Summer Camp Policies

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled camp.
If a camp does not meet the minimum number of registrations, a full refund will be issued.
All refund requests must be in writing, no more than 48 hours before the first day of each camp.  

MAKE-UP CLASSES & CANCELLATIONS:

In the event of rain, we will use the clubhouse to indoor activities.  Any Unless an act of God, missed classes will not receive a make-up credit.  Any adjustments to the scheduling must be made in advance with the Camp Director.

DISMISSAL POLICY:

If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please provide a note to the coach. Children will not be released to anyone unknown to the Camp Staff Coaches.  No child will be left unattended after camp.  Your prompt pickup is appreciate as our pros are normally scheduled for another lesson or clinic.

Price: $175.00 per child  Spring Break SALE- Buy 1 week, get a 2nd for 1/2 price. Can be used for another week or 2nd child

After submitting, you will be redirected to a PayPal payment screen to complete your registration. You will be sent a PayPal invoice for the 2nd week @ half price.
